What you receive
Paid products, currently the Ebook Launch Kit for India, are sold by Mohammad Khwahish, the operator of Internet Toolbox, and delivered as downloadable files (a ZIP of PDF, DOCX and XLSX files). There are no physical goods and no shipping charges. Checkout is not open yet: the kit cannot be bought today, and these terms apply from the day it opens.
How and when it is delivered
After a successful payment, we email the files or a private download link to the email address you entered at checkout within 24 hours, and usually much sooner. Delivery emails come from business.factoalbum@gmail.com. Delivery works the same for buyers anywhere; prices are charged in Indian rupees.
Check your email address
We can only deliver to the email address entered at checkout, so please check it carefully. If you made a typo, write to us from your correct address with your payment or order ID and we will resend the files.
If the files do not arrive
First check your spam, promotions and updates folders. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of payment, email business.factoalbum@gmail.com with your Cashfree payment or order ID and we will resend them. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund under our refund & cancellation policy.
Lost files and re-downloads
If you lose your files later, email us from the address you bought with and we will send them again at no cost.
