What this policy covers
This policy applies to paid digital products sold on internetoolbox.com, currently the Ebook Launch Kit for India, sold by Mohammad Khwahish, the operator of Internet Toolbox. All tools on this website are free and involve no payment. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Checkout is not open yet: the kit cannot be bought today, and these terms apply from the day it opens.
Cancellation
Because the product is delivered by email, you can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the files are sent. Email us with your payment or order ID and we will cancel it.
When you get a full refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if:
- the files were not delivered within the time stated in our shipping & delivery policy;
- the files are damaged or will not open, and we cannot send you a working copy;
- you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- the product is materially different from what the product page describes.
When refunds do not apply
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the files have been sent, except in the cases listed above. No product guarantees sales or income, so results from using the kit are not grounds for a refund. Please read the free sample chapter before buying.
How to request a refund
Email business.factoalbum@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”, the email address you used at checkout, your Cashfree payment or order ID, and a short reason. We reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days to the original payment method through Cashfree. Your bank or UPI app usually credits the amount within 5 to 7 working days after that.
Failed payments
If money was deducted but the payment failed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Cashfree within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, email us with the transaction details and we will help you trace it.
